Arraignment of RJ Bautista in Ramgen killing postponed

The scheduled arraignment on Wednesday of Ramon Joseph "RJ" Bautista, one of the suspects in the killing of his brother Ramgen Revilla — both half-siblings of Senator Bong Revilla – was postponed. A report on GMA's News To Go said the Parañaque City Regional Trial Court Branch 274 decided to postpone the proceedings after RJ's lawyer, Dennis Manzanal, filed a motion to quash.
Manzanal said RJ's camp will wait for the court's decision – probably until January 17 – on the motion, a report on GMA's News To Go said. RJ is facing murder and frustrated murder charges in connection with the his brother Ramgen's killing and the attempted killing of the victim's girlfriend Janelle Manahan last October 28.
