7 missing after van falls into river in Cagayan

At least seven people were reported missing after a van they were riding fell into the Pared River in Cagayan province before dawn Friday. The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council said the incident occurred at about 5 a.m. Friday. It said the van fell into the Pared River in Assau village in Baggao town.
