John Regala nabbed in drug bust

Character actor John Regala along with two others were picked up by operatives of the Manila Police District (MPD) in a drug operation last Saturday.
However, the 39-year-old Regala and his companion, 42-year-old Antonio Flores, were released Monday morning after an order for their release was issued.
Their third companion, identified as Roberto Aguas, 45, of 2177 F.T. Benitez St., remained detained.
Sketchy reports from the MPD-District Anti-Illegal Drugs-Special Operations Task Group (DAID-SOTG) showed that the three were apprehended at 3:30 pm on Saturday at a house along F.T. Benitez St. in Malate.
Before the incident, police received information that a pot session was being held at the
said house.
When police raided the house, they allegedly caught Aguas allegedly in the act of sniffing shabu.
Regala and Flores, who were said to have yielded drug paraphernalia, were released after an inquest while authorities wait for the results of tests on the drug paraphernalia found on them- GMANews.TV
