Yilmaz to Ruffa: ‘I’ll put you back to the garbage’

Naging iba na naman ang tono ng pananalita ng Turkish businessman na si Yilmaz Bektas nang magbigay ito ng aniya'y pinakahuling pahayag na niya sa Startalk kaninang hapon, June 9. Ayon sa host ng programa na si Joey de Leon, dapat sana ay isang on-cam interview na ipinadala ni Yilmaz noong Huwebes ang ipalalabas nila, ngunit kaninang alas-dose ng tanghali ay nakatanggap sila ng tawag mula sa asawa ni Ruffa Gutierrez na halos iba na ang tono ng pananalita nito. Hindi masyadong malinaw ang sound bite ng pag-uusap sa telepono ngunit inilahad ng Startalk ang ilang mahahalagang punto na isiniwalat ni Yilmaz. Base na rin sa transcription ng PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) ng phone interview, makikita ang ilang malinaw na pahayag ni Yilmaz tungkol sa mga puntong inilabas niya. Ayon sa batas, kailangan hingin ang permiso ng ama ng mga menor de edad bago lumabas sa print or commercial. YILMAZ: "Being the cover of the magazines, these companies have to ask me the permission. It [is in the law] to so many countries, and I checked already to [the Philippine law]. These companies have to ask me the permission to use my children. And if I don't have any idea what does that mean, I'm gonna sue them." Ikalawa, balak din daw ni Yilmaz na magsampa ng kaso laban sa asawang si Ruffa Gutierrez dahil noong ikinasal sila noong May 25, 2003 ay may asawa na diumano ang actress-beauty queen. May balita kasing bago nagpakasal si Ruffa kay Yilmaz ay ikinasal na siya sa isang Richard Daloia noong January 18, 1999 sa Las Vegas, Nevada. Itinuturing daw itong labag sa batas at hindi valid. Idiniin din ni Yilmaz na ang ginawa ni Ruffa ay labag sa batas ng Turkey at European Union. YILMAZ: "I'm gonna open, as soon as possible, one case. I'm gonna sue her because when she got married with me and during present day, May 25 [2003], still she's getting married with [another] one. And I am not getting a divorce. "She is not allowed of getting married with me [in] year 2003. That's why I say it's against the law. Not just it's against the law, she is against to herself, and she's against to my family, and she against to her religion, and my religion, too, also." Ikatlo, ang pagpunta ni Ruffa sa Los Angeles, dalawang linggo na ang nakararaan, ay hindi diumano para makapag-"soul searching" kundi upang kunin ang mga papeles ng kanyang unang kasal. YILMAZ: "She went to Las Vegas because of the papers, she tried to destroy these papers, but it is too late. This is the reason, too, why we are fighting. And she [fled] from Turkey because I find out that she's married not because of me. That's why she escaped [to] the Philippines." Ikaapat, idiniin ni Yilmaz na ang dalawang anak nila ni Ruffa ay US citizens at hindi maaaring kupkupin dito sa Pilipinas. Gagawin daw ni Yilmaz ang lahat ng mga legal na paraan upang makuha ang kanilang mga anak dahil, ayon sa kanya, hindi naging isang mabuting ina si Ruffa sa kanilang dalawang anak. Taliwas ito sa unang pahayag ni Yilmaz na hindi na siya makikipaglaban para sa custody ng kanyang dalawang nak. YILMAZ: "Regarding my children, my children are United States citizen, not Filipino citizen or not Turkish citizen. But right now, out of my permission, Ruffa [is] not allowed to change their [citizenship]—one of them is two years old and other one is three years old. Out my permission, any people cannot travel around the world and cannot use my daughters. "That's why also I am going to [the] United States embassy and also I'm gonna call in the States lawyer for regarding kidnapping to my children. Until this case will not gonna finish, I don't want my children will gonna meet her [Ruffa]. And I would like to request from the United States government, I gonna remind them my two children not to dual citizen and they just belong to this government. My two children [are] Americans." Dagdag pa ni Yilmaz, madalas diumano na kapag tumatawag siya ay wala si Ruffa at ang kanilang dalawang anak ay naiiwan lamang sa yaya. YILMAZ: "She's not home, she's partying...every night going to different party, and coming home drunk. And my two kids there are on these two yayas. I'm not trusting to anyone. And I believe nobody cannot be like one mom can take care of my kids." Sa sumunod na punto, binawi ni Yilmaz ang una niyang pahayag na hindi ang ina ni Ruffa na si Annabelle Rama ang tinutukoy niyang "materialist person." Dagdag pa niya, isa rin diumanong "good seller" ang ina at kasalukuyang manager ni Ruffa. YILMAZ:"Regarding the materialist person, that person is not just a materialist, [but] also a good seller. And her name [is] Annabelle Rama Gutierrez. And I'm talking to really point her because I know already everybody knows who I am talking about." Tungkol naman sa pambubugbog diumano niya kay Ruffa, hindi raw ito totoo at paninindigan niya ito. Ang ginagawa raw ni Ruffa ay nire-record ni Ruffa ang boses ni Yilmaz tuwing nagtatalo silang mag-asawa. YILMAZ: "She [Ruffa] tried to force me, too, she tried to make her upset her mom and herself. I don't know who's giving her advice, probably her lawyer. And she tries to make me upset her, and I'm screaming and yelling to her, and telling to her bad words, and she's recording my voice. "I'm not into anything, just in case to, I'm [reminding] the public. And it's gonna come out, this issue, I know. But I told her already, ‘Why are you recording my voice? I'm professional already with this kind of things. Just to let you know, when you stop the recording, I'm gonna say the same bad words.'" At ang pinakahuli na ipinunto ni Yilmaz ay ang tungkol sa divorce nila ni Ruffa. Ayon kay Yilmaz, hindi na raw kailangan pang humiling nito dahil unang una ay hindi naman daw legal ang naganap na kasal nila noong May 25, 2003. YILMAZ: "About the divorce, no more divorce because [the marriage] is against all the law. That's why we don't need to asking divorce. And until today, I would like to apologize to all the public and the media. I trusted Ruffa and I believed Ruffa, that's why every week I'm changing my mind. She played with me and I know it's my fault. "When you love somebody and especially you have two [children], you should believe even if you don't want to, but you should believe. I tried my best, I'm sorry and I'm disappointed just because yesterday, I realized what really happened, what's really going on. Bilang panghuli, nagbigay ng mensahe si Yilmaz para kay Ruffa. YILMAZ: "Lady Sharmaine Gutierrez, whatever it is you deserve, that will [be given] to you. I find you in the garbage and I put you back in the garbage. But still, I will find. I'm not gonna stop whatever I will gonna said. I'm gonna follow my mind, and your Mom and you, and this...I don't know the name yet, I'm gonna find out. I will tell you, each moment has its consequences. My words are not just for you, for your Mom, and whoever he's hiding himself, he's safe. I'm not gonna speak so much, but I will gonna move and take further actions." Idinagdag din ni Yilmaz ang mensahe na ipinadala niya diumano kay Ruffa tatlong buwan na ang nakalilipas. "Ruffa, please listen to me very carefully, end of this game. No winners and there is gonna be two losers." - Philippine Entertainment Portal
