Government security forces formed a task force that will look into the killing of a school supervisor who exposed the alleged election anomaly in Pagalungan, Maguindanao province.
The task force that will look into the killing of Musa Dimasidsing, will be headed by North Cotabato provincial director Supt. Federico Dulay and Supt. Marcelo Pintac, chief of the police’s Criminal Investigation and Detection Group.
"Does it have to do with politics in Pagalungan, we will answer that," Chief Supt. Felizardo Serapio, Central Mindanao police director, told radio station dxND Tuesday.
"The task force will also investigate if it's personal grudge or mistaken identity. He (Dimasidsing) did not serve as Municipal Board of Canvasser because he's not in the government service prior to the elections," Serapio said.
Dimasidsing, 60, sustained two gunshot wounds in the head and body, but police claimed to have recovered three empty shells from a .45-caliber pistol used in his slay.
