MMDA U-turn slots cause three accidents daily

From January to June this year, the Metro Manila Development Authority Road Safety Unit recorded more than 400 accidents in different U-turn slots in Metro Manila roads, or around three accidents every day. Imbestigador ng Bayan probes this problem.
