2 dead in predawn explosion in Malabon

A father-and-son tandem was killed in a violent explosion that destroyed their two-storey house in Malabon City before dawn Friday. Radio dzBB reported that police initially identified the fatalities as Romulo and Rodel Sese, tenants of a two-storey house owned by a certain De Andres at Sitio 6, barangay Catmon. Sketchy initial reports indicated sticks of dynamite exploded inside the house. It was not immediately clear if the victims were fishermen who used dynamite in their activities.
