Terror group owns up to Glorietta 2 explosion

A terrorist organization, said to be composed of Christians who converted to Islam, on Saturday said it was responsible for Friday afternoon’s explosion at the Glorietta 2 mall in Makati City, which killed 10 people and injured over a hundred others. Ruben Omar Lavilla, reportedly Rajah Solaiman group spokesperson, demanded the release of the group’s founder, Hilarion del Rosario Santos, also known as Ahmed Santos. But radio dzBB on Saturday quoted Manila police chief Director Geary Barias as saying that he has not officially received information about the group’s claim. National Security Adviser Norbarto Gonzales also received information about the group, and is now verifying RSM’s claim. - GMANews.TV
