Marlon "Marvelous" Manalo continued his winning streak at the Manny Pacquiao International 9-Ball Open Friday, beating Karl Boyles of the United Kingdom, 9-1, at the P2-million tournament being held at the Hobbies Mall Billiards Hall in Pasay City. Boyles won only one rack, because Manalo missed on his preparation for the 6-ball on the seventh frame. "I felt good with my shots," Manalo said in a statement issued after the match. Manalo will represent the Philippines in the Kabayan World 9-Ball Challenge: Philippines vs. Rest of the World, schduled for Novemberr 12 and 13 in Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro.
