William Martinez daughter to file P5-M damage suit vs actor

MANILA, Philippines - The 21-year-old daughter of actor William Martinez and actress Yayo Aguila is set to file a P5 million damage suit against Baron Geisler, QTV's Balitanghali news program reported Wednesday. The television report said Patricia Martinez will file charges of acts of lasciviousness with the multi-million damage claim against Geisler later in the day. On Monday, William accompanied his daughter to the Women and Children's Desk in Camp Crame in Quezon City to file a complaint against the young actor. In an earlier interview with GMA News, Patricia said the incident happened in a bar in Makati City. Patricia said she was with friends at the time, including Geisler. She said they were enjoying the night until the young actor got really drunk. "Sinabi sa ‘kin, ‘May boyfriend ka?' Sabi ko, ‘Meron nga, meron nga,' 'tapos bigla niyang sinabi, ‘Sex tayo.' After that bigla niyang binawi, sabi niya sa akin, ‘Sorry, sorry, sorry. Lasing ako,'"Patricia said. She said that after saying sorry, Geisler allegedly went on to embrace and touch her face before moving his hands toward her breasts. "Paglabas ko po ng door, doon na po ako nag-break down. Kasi I really felt violated with what he did to me, especially na pinagkatiwalaan ko siya na para ko siyang kuya," the younger Martinez said. In a separate television interview, Geisler denied the allegations saying maybe Patricia misunderstood him as he was only acting out his role, a sex maniac, in a workshop he attended. - GMANews.TV
